We deals in precision Belt Driven Heavy Duty Lathe Machine. Our machines are mainly divided in three major categories Heavy Duty, Medium Duty & Light Duty. All the major parts of our machines are of high quality cast iron. The bed of the machines are rigidly constructed to take heavy cutting loads, have hyperbolic bridge design for easy chip removal, flame harden up to 400 BHN & precisely ground to give high machining accuracy & long life of the machine.

Our machines are equipped with Standard accessories like Change Gear Set, Spindle Sleeve, Dead Centers(2 Nos), Chuck Plate, Electric motor, V-belt & R/F Switch. We also provide machines equipped with optional accessories like quick change tool post, Norton gearbox, coolant pump assembly, taper turning attachment, Chuck, Machine Lamp etc. Over size machines are also available with extra center heights (6 1/2" to 36"), over size spindle bore (1 5/8" to 6 1/8"), Extra bed length (4 1/2' to 50').

Main Characteristics:

• All the gears and shafts of the headstock, Feed Box and Apron are made of high-quality steel, harden and ground. Shafts are mounted on needle bearings lubricated in an oil bath.
• A well-proportioned headstock enables high working capacity. The headstock is made from the GC25 casting, strongly ribbed, giving the machine more rigidity.
• The apron is completely enclosed. It is supplied with the safety device which prevents the screw cutting and feed mechanisms acting simultaneously.
• You have access to a wide range of threads and feeds without having to perform any change of gears in the machine’s quadrant plate.
• Slides and carriages are well proportioned and move easily and smoothly. The cross slide and top slide are equipped with adjustable Cast Iron taper gibs.
• Both the main electrical system (housed in an isolated cabinet), and the stop/start switch (centralized on the apron), are equipped with IP-44 protection.
• The tail-stock is strongly built. The hardened and ground shank is provided with an extractor. The screw is mounted on bearings with high load capacity.
